Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’re here to make it right.
You May Request an Exchange or Refund If:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Refund Process:
- Refunds are made via HBL, Bank Transfer, or reversed to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error
- COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Products with damaged or tampered packaging.
- Items not in a resalable condition.

Processing and Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange your product, contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Notify us of damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
